I'm proud of my heritage because It comprises of different countries,different tribes,different cultures expressed through beautiful music, cuisine,languages,art and craft,clothing among other things.All this compliment each other to create a beautiful African continent that I will be forever proud of.
Biggest misconception people haveAfricans are empty headed and backward.People create a picture of us as primitive and bring tied into the cultural norms that demean African women e.g FGM they hardly know that as the world evolves we also do and we have fought all odds to bring out some of the prominent women in the world as well as the biggest investments such as mobile money.We do have brains
