The notion that 'everything BLACK is evil' Black is never evil. Black is a gift given us by our creator. Black has power. Black is a weapon. It's about time we clear that notion that 'Black is evil' it is sad but this is what our forefathers believed and even 'we' this generation still accept this lie. We need to uphold ourselves as black and see how powerful we are. Through photography and writings, I would enlighten us on THE VALUE IN BEING BLACK.
I'm proud of my heritage because I'm proud of my heritage because it is enriched with beautiful languages and rich culture and traditions. The people share a bond no one can erase. Above all, the peace that comes with being a Ghanaian. We are called the land of 'PEACE'
Biggest misconception people haveMost people have the misconception that, Ghana is a poor country which is plagued by diseases. There are some really poor communities here in Ghana but Ghana is by far not a poor country considering the vast amount of developments on going as well as major technological advancements. Many Ghanaians also have access to hydroelectric power and good drinking water. Food is also not too hard to acquire these days for most people. Diseases are mainly found in remote areas since we have good health systems and good health policies. Life in Ghana is better than what is made believe.
Why do you think Diversity matters?I believe diversity matters because, it gives access to a greater range of talent, views and ideas not just the talent and idaes that belongs to a particular world-view. It paves way for productivity.
